Wonderful bungalows in the mountains of Chiang Mai
The newly developed Jumbo Park is situated in a beautiful mountainous area 20 minutes north of the tourist town of Chiang Mai in the village of Mae Rim in the North of Thailand. At the park architectural designed recreational bungalows were built in a characteristic regional style. The bungalows are completely furnished and supplied with all modern conveniences. An ideal ‘home base’ for anyone wanting to get to know the Eastern culture, nature and sociability.
Besides a swimming pool and a clubhouse/ restaurant you will also find a playground for children at the park. The park has permanent supervision.
In and around the permanent supervised domain, is more than enough entertainment, like golf courses, tennis courts, a skating rink, a shooting range, an Olympic swimming pool with diving towers and an elephant- and safari park. These facilities make every stay at the park an unforgettable experience. Many excursions and trips departing from the park can be booked. The area is also perfectly suited for mountain biking and rafting. For those who would like to see more of the country, endless jeep- or motor rides are perfect trips . There are so many diverged areas to see: jungle, rice fields, mountains, waterfalls, etc.

Rates are per accommodation, inclusive of tourist taxes, electricity and welcoming drink. Exclusive sheets and end cleaning € 10,- per week (obligatory).
Optional:
- VIP airport service € 10,- per person per one way (minimum of 2 persons)
- breakfast service € 2,50 per person per day
- towels € 1,70 per piece per week

Payment conditions:
- down payment of 30% (with a minimum of € 200,-
- remaining amount 6 weeks before arrival.
Política de la cancelación In case a reservation is being cancelled, one of the following cancellation fee is due:
- cancellation till the 28th day (exclusive) before arrival date: 30% of the travel amount
- cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) till the day of arrival: 100% of the travel amount
In case the renter has not arrived without further notice within 24 hours of the agreed arrival date (a so-called no-show), this will be considered a cancellation.
